Normally I don't leave reviews, but this was THE WORST experience I've ever had. I hired KB ACCOUNTING to refile my taxes as I made a mistake filing myself. I let them know I was nervous and unsure about what was wrong. I dropped off all my stuff, receipts and all. I asked multiple times for clarification and a run through on what was done. What was amended ect. They would not answer any of questions and made me feel like I am inconvenience and stupid for asking. they filed without answering my questions or offering clarification even though I asked multiple times and even requested a phone consultation or any form of communication. The only responses I got were asking for money...well even after they refiled, It was wrong again. They used information they shouldn't have. and they are now refusing to help me fix it.

KB Accounting Services Inc. provides exceptional work! I filed my taxes using their secure online tax preparation portal last year via their website. It was an easy process and I was able to do everything from the comfort of my own home. Their team is extremely knowledgeable and were able to point out areas of my T1 where I could receive more money back if I included further information. They had multiple eyes reviewing my submission which reassured me that my money was well spent. I run my own business and am a mother to a toddler, I have a lot going on and they helped make my life that much easier". Thank you

Kim and her team have been doing my taxes and handling all my questions for 11 of the 12 years I've been in business. When I started I would send everything in a box and she would do all the work. While she would still do that, if I needed her to, she has taught me the tools to organize my own financials. She's given great advice and corrected her own advice once too. I send an email with a question and usually get an immediate response. She cares about my success, and for that I am confident KB Accounting is the right team to support my business and yours!

Kim Besler is amazing woman I first met as the accountant for my construction business 7 years ago. Since then I have been a personal and commercial client of hers every year. She is amazing woman of integrity, honesty and a straight shooter. There are few people I trust with my money but she is one of them. And she knows the tax codes second to none! I’ve consistently received a return on my tax return for the past seven years. Well worth the money!

Kim is a really good accountant. She answers all of my questions whenever I ask them and responds in a timely manner. Her staff is wonderful. They take good care of my bookkeeping.
