I used Van Lines moving through this place and ended up breaking a TV in transit. They hired another contract company to deliver at my place and they were so disorganized. They got my address wrong, made us wait 3 hours longer than estimated for delivery without a phone call. We had to call them. They refused to reimburse for the damaged TV that I am out $600 bucks. Not using again. It's not worth it.

The three men that did the move were so polite, hard working and lovely they left in a full red faced sweat. The costomer service was kind and easy to contact. However, It ended up costing me twice what the operator thought it might. She gave me an idea of how much it might cost, unbeknownst to me, for 2 men for around 2 hours but i was charged for 3 men. They were late because they were given the wrong address and i was still charged the time they spent driving around looking for us. When i called they appologized and were lovely, but no compensation offered. Something to be aware of anyway. I recommend them for sure but luckily for my senior mother who was moving, on a fixed income, i could cover the extra cost....

We moved from Courtenay to West Kelowna in Mid March. We had an excellent experience with Comox Moving and Storage. Mary Lou gave us a fair quote. the entire staff were very helpful with packing suggestions. The free moving boxes were really welcome as was that shipping tape that really was great. Derek and the crew were polite, friendly and careful with our belongings. We had packed our own boxes. On the delivery end the great crew carefully handled everything under Derek’s guidance. Money well spent and a great move ! Thanks !

Nice set up. No good as storage you want access too. You put it in and forget it. Closed Weekends and closed at 4:30 daily

This business is a SCAM!!!!! They stole information from a nonprofit to run their Google ADS Website. How do you steal from a nonprofit????? Steven Martin is the name that was used and Habitat for Humanity is filing charges on you!!!!!

I called them in the morning, and they were able to move a piano for me by 1:00pm in the same day afternoon. They just happened to have some space, and squeezed me in on a Friday !!! They were so friendly, especially Mike. Good phone skills and fair pricing. Very impressed. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Most amazing people. We were stuck, had to be out in 2 business days around a long weekend, and they jumped to make it all very easy.They give the kind of service you’re happy to pay for.
