The final product of the renovation is beautiful, and everyone who came to our home to work was respectful, efficient and professional.However the experience on the whole has been horrible and extremely stressful. The quote was not an honest or accurate representation of the work at all. The cost of labour was grossly under estimated for nearly every step.On the very first day we were paying double what we anticipated for ‘gestion des dechets’ because a second container was needed.I was charged twice the labour predicted for the installation of our floor when the square footage and materials were known well in advance.The list goes on and on.From the first week we were extremely concerned since we had nearly spent our total budget/ amount quoted on week one of a four week project.There were legitimate unforeseen costs, reparations to our electrical and plumbing were necessary. However they represent 10-15% of the total extra charges.When I expressed my concerns and asked for details on additional expenses I received no response. Week two, a new bill, we’ve now well passed our projected budget, I asked again for details, or a breakdown, and explanation. No response.I didn’t receive a response to my questions until the project was finished. The final result, we are charged more than 50% over the quoted amount with no explanation. I’m told their contract is a variable rate, and they can charge us what they like based on hours worked and are under no obligation to inform us of additional expenses or respect the quote that was signed.Twice I caught errors on the bills we were sent. When I finally did receive a breakdown of cost, it was on the wrong quote, and not the one we signed or agreed to.If you want beautiful work, but don’t have a budget and don’t care to understand what you’re paying for or have any of your concerns addressed, I would recommend Stelcore.I honestly hope the team find someone better to work under, because their workmanship is excellent and they deserve to be better represented.

Excellent company, work done in time and the price is good. I am satisfy with replacement of the tiles. The worker was on time and clean everything after the work. I highly recommend this company if you have work to do.

The team did a spectacular job of the remodelling of my new bathroom. I am very impressed with how professional and organized they were.
