The employer should pay for his services; however, he asks foreign nationals to do so!- He is a partner of Altec Global Inc., an unlicensed immigration consultancy organization in Ontario. They sign up dummy email addresses to submit work permit applications to IRCC. In their fraudulent system, the foreign nationals do not sign the offer of employment and the application forms.- They have their own Border Services Officers at the point of entries (airports) throughout Canada. I was scammed by one of those corrupt officers. She issued an invalid work permit for me in favor of Altec Global Inc..- They collect money from foreign nationals to arrange a job for them, but they defraud them.
