Really rude and discriminated to tourist(or I would say, non-european) I’ve never posted a review with bad comments on google, however I have to inform you, especially the tourist, in advance that the owner might be kind to Austrian(hopefully),otherwise just be prepared to be NOT welcomed. They are only interested in your cash and ID. So shame for Austria. P.S nice experience for kids with bikes, anyway

I rented a Tandem there with my wife for a full week. Price was good and the Tandem comfortable. The dudes were friendly and helpful. I got two locks with it.

Unfriendly and too expensive. Dont go there and get yourself a bike somewhere else. Wouldnt rent there. Horrible...Citybike Vienna costs around 1 Euro for 2 hours and its simple to use !!! :)

Kids enjoy it very much and it's a classic among locals. Take ride till the other end of the Praterallee (but be aware, it's quite far)

Very rude and unkind service for foreigner tourists. They want to retain your passport until you return the bike, and the guy who looks to be the owner put in very unkind way,'YOUR PASS PORT MY BIKE''. Thank you for nothing.A tip for tourists like us: Near the entrance of the Prater Park there is a station oh the Viena City Bike. It is much more cheaper and convenient.

Poor and broken bicycles for children, unpleasant and not fair service .We got a broken bicycle and bring it back after few minutes and were asked to pay for half an hour rent.My 7 years old son was crying because of a terrible relation of the man in the store that saw him almost felt down and instead of help he screamed that he doesn’t know how to use it and took the bicycle back.
