Island View Beach
If you have time to kill before going to the ferry, this is a great place to relax in front of the ocean. Also a beautiful walk for a promenade, and of course a beach!

Dog loves this beach, especially at low tides. We love the south end for the glimpse of geologic time in the cliff face. I do pity the homeowners trying to prevent the inevitable erosion

Great sandy Beach 15 minutes from the Swartz Bay ferry terminal. Popular beach all year round for swimming, paddle boarding, beach combing... There is very cool drift wood hut so explore your little heart out. Plenty of parking for vehicles of all sizes.
