My experience there made me feel very unconfortable. I returned a dress because I changed my mind, I didn't like the fit. I ordered online and the dress arrived all wrinkly. In store I was accused that I wore the dress because it was all wrinkly and I was trying to return it, despite the fact that I mentioned I simply changed my mind. I was requested a picture of the other dress I chose, which I find it very personal, even though my event did not even take place yet!!! I understand the cashiers must ask questions, but in my case it turned into an interogatory and the girl looked at me as if she barely belived me.

Seems customer service is case by case as I had 3 girls on me bringing me stuff and serving me. This is a decent size location, so their selection is nice. It's inside the mall so you pass by to zara and cos all in the comfort of warmth in the winter.

excellent service!!I went in looking for a coat, and I already had a couple of specific styles in mind when I got there. some things were out of stock, which I knew ahead of time, but the associate went above and beyond to show me some recent returns from the back to give me an idea of what they looked like, and gave me recommendations for another coat (which I loved and ended up purchasing!). she was super sweet and really went above and beyond! :)

Very nice clothing but had a really bad experience with black Friday shopping. Apparently its store policy that any item on sale you cannot return for a refund. Only for a gift card. Whats the point of a black Friday sale? I really regret that purchase, loved the coat but unfortunately didnt fit me and now I have a gift card that have to use just to spend money and not in what I really like. First and last time I buy in Aritzia. Read all the small letters before you make any purchase. So sad....

I would 100% recommend coming to this Aritzia. My experience here was nothing but the best. The staff was very helpful and patient with their clients. The manager of the boutique went above and beyond her duties to help me, for which I am extremely grateful. They know exactly what customer service is!!

terrible customer service. I was walking around for a good 5 minutes, empty store aside from 2 clients, 4 employees behind the counter having a chat. I had to walk up to them to ask them if they had the coat I was looking for and the lady answered in an incredibly rude and hostile tone. disgusted & will be sticking to the Montreal stores from now on

Nobody said hi when I got in. I had lots of clothes on my arms nobody offered to put them in a fitting room. However I saw they did it for another customer...Clothes are beautiful, unique and quite expensive but my customer service experience didn't make me want to buy or go back. I went to another location with really nice staff but this one I don't recommend.

My experience with Francesca (one of the employees) was amazing! She will be the reason why i would come back to aritzia because she offered me such a great service and even with many other clients surrounding her due to black friday, she was extremely patient!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!They don't care about you nor your existence in the store ESPECIALLY the girls at the cash register. The couple in front of me got their bag pretty much thrown at them by the cashier and when it was my turn, while I was explaining my situation, the same cash girl started chitchatting with her other cashier girl but how she doesn't understand what I'm talking about and her plans for the weekend. If I could give ZERO stars, I would!They also don't pay any attention to young girls shopping on their own which happened to my daughter and heard same stories from her friends.I also don't understand how come there's no mirror in the dressing room.

I dropped by today, I am fairly new to this brand and wanted to try on a bunch of pants in person instead of buying several sizes and returning them (btw Artizia only allows you to return to store within 14 days upon receiving your order - like they won’t even let you return via post if u order online). Athena was super helpful and suggested and helped me look at various pants and explained what made them different (tbh they all started looking the same). She knew the assortment. She was not pushy and checked in with me (even though store was pretty busy). I did find something I liked but they didn’t have my size. Athena mentioned that she could help me place an order to be shipped to my place or pick up at store. This is what I miss about in store shopping. A good salesperson makes all the difference). I ended up making online purchase at home. Thanks Athena!
