Update: change from 4 to 5. Compared to Vancouver Sheraton, it deserves a 5 star.Overall: Good hotel but not what I expected in WestinContext: I stayed here for 12 nights as Plat.Pros:Price is reasonable as a Westin. Location is convenient.Parking is easy with 24hr security(although it’s difficult to find P1 when you first come).Breakfast is good.Bed is comfy.Cons:Gym is hidden, usually you would assume you can reach gym within steps after getting out of the elevator, but here it took me five minutes to figure out where it is, and there’s no drinking water in it so I have to go back to my room and bring my own water.In first 3 days, my toilet failed to flush every 24hr, then I have to call front desk to help fix it, it’s really embarrassing. From my previous experiences with other brands, they may offer a room upgrade in such case, but not this time.The hotel was under some decoration construction for other rooms during my stay, so I would hear big noise from different directions every day.A false fire alarm was triggered during my last day. Funny thing is that the alarm was triggered again after they made the false alarm announcement.

I don’t think we have ever stayed at a hotel that worked so hard to be accommodating. Friendly efficient staff, from the front desk staff to the servers in the restaurant, which is superb, to the bell staff who helped us with our luggage. Clean comfortable rooms, conveniently located near the airport. I would recommend the Westin Wall Centre Airport to anyone traveling to Vancouver.

Best about this Hotel was location...very close to airport and free shuttle service.Room was pretty clean too. I gave only three stars because couple of things - Apron restaurant within the hotel is very small and not very attractive for dinning. For Westin hotel standards, this is 1 star decor restaurant. Another downside is that they do not have mini store within the hotel. Not value for the money.

Really enjoyed our one-night stay. The hotel is great, very warm and welcoming staff, and the breakfast was very yummy. In a very industrial neighborhood so not much to see on our morning walk. But we're here to cruise!

We really enjoyed our stay here! After checking out in the early morning, and catching the shuttle to the airport, we found out our flight was delayed. We called the hotel to see if we could get back into our room and get a late check out- they said no problem! Room was clean, spacious and new. Bed was comfortable and cozy. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. I have to mention our cab driver from the airport tried taking us downtown to the Sheraton Vancouver wall Centre Hotel. It was too late before we realized and our 4 min cab drive turned into 30. I'm sure most drivers know the difference between the two, but if they aren't using their GPS, maybe make sure to remind them it's the one in Richmond

The hotel is lovely, clean, and in a good state of repair. Rooms are spacious and modern, the pool and gym are above average (even if it's a hike to get to them), and all these things earned them 3 stars.The issue that irritates me is the restaurant. The food isn't bad, but the service has been consistently terrible. Twice I was forgotten in a corner and ignored, looking serving staff in the eye only to have them quickly retreat rather than coming to assist. Even after speaking up, I watched people arrive after me, receive service, and pay (not an exaggeration) before I could order a meal. That's just ridiculous, particularly given the costs of the meals.If you only need a decent room with a few simple amenities, it's perfectly lovely... Though you'd assume the nightly costs would dictate a higher service level. If you stay here, though, consider getting your meals anywhere else; no matter how decent the food is, it's not worth the annoyance.

It worths 4 stars with good location and service. The room is quiet clean . But the bed is too soft for me. It is a lot better than Radisson Airport. Don’t go there.

I’ve stayed here many times over the last 10 years and it’s one of my favourite hotels. I love the spacious bathrooms with the separate shower & tub, which all rooms have. Convenient parking, restaurant/bar just off the lobby, great gym and pool.

We enjoyed a week long stay at this location. Every staff member we encountered from the front desk, restaurant staff and cleaning staff was friendly and helpful.Elite members are offered breakfast and evening happy hour in the restaurant since there is no longer a lounge. Members can dine in the restaurant or order to pick up/deliver.The bed is super comfortable. I don’t recall having been disturbed by guests in floor above us or sounds from hallway or in neighboring room.An absolutely perfect stay. Would definitely stay again.

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any room. They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you will love it I'm sure!This hotel was a delight to stay in - the front desk staff were lovely and helpful. The lobby well-appointed with a few treats while you wait for your party to join you.
