Purchased a Multi function bottle washer from aquatech-bm. It has saved us a ton of time and money over the last 6 months and almost already paid for itself in labor reduction from manually washing beforehand to the speed of the unit now! Of course a couple hiccoughs along the way but every time I call the support Victor his team have answered right away and helped us resolve the problem quickly. Highly recommend working with them!

We purchased a used Aquatech Bottle Washer from another wine store in another province. During shipping, a button on the machine broke off. I contacted Aquatech BM. They responded to me quickly. I was able to get a replacement part and they suggested some items to have on hand for replacement i.e. hoses etc. Very proactive and I so appreciate this. They shipped the items to me and I had within a couple of days. We have just opened our store and I am very happy with the bottle washer and the service from Aquatech BM.

We had a fuse blow in our dishwasher. I called Victor on a holiday. He was kind enough to take the time to problem shoot the issue for me. We were back up an running once he walked me through the process to isolate the faulty fuse. Thanks Victor!
