Dr. Ken H. Ng, Family Physician

Dr. Ng is great but booking an appointment is so difficult. I've called the clinic 4 times 2 days in a row and no one answers.

Dr. Ken Ng is one of the best family Doctors. He is very thorough and is very kind and caring. He always makes him self available. He is also very patient and does not rush and always explains.

The young female reception always impatient and never waits for the patient to finish speaking.

Wooten Way LocationAppointments are usually available within a week or so. The experience is average since I have not checked out other family physicians since many years ago. The clinic environment is bit unexpected...hope they can clean more often especially the washroom...One suggestion for Dr ken is that please take more time to explain to patients about their health conditions or results instead of saying everything is fine and there is no need to worry. An average patient may not have much background information about the medical terms and concepts. I am sure people will appreciate that in the long run.Another big reason for this low rating is that they have a very rude and impatient young female receptionist....try to avoid talking to her as she can become mad for no reason when you want to reschedule more than once for legit reasons. Other receptionists are good and much better than her. Hope they can have better staff than that lady and environment for patients. Otherwise will definitely consider switching family physician in the future. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

I moved here from a different province and was given Dr. Ng from Health Ontario referral. I find him to be very condescending and tells me I must think I am special" when requesting certain services

The best doctor I’ve been experienced. He is really patient and super helpful. I’ll definitely recommend him.

Horrible practice: doctor Ng gave me wrong prescription multiple times and it took 50 calls to talk to someone to confirm what’s happening.Why does this clinic still exist? People in Ontario suffer so much from terrible medical system and terrible doctors and their receptionist is the worst.

Want to give a -10 rating. You make a appointment for Thursday was told doctor dont work Thursday how's 915 friday morning. Made appointment for my dad. Showed up at 9 was told oh we dont see a appointment for him. Still waiting benn 1.5 hours now

Dr Ng has been my family Doctor my entire life he is absolutely amazing at what he does. He’s a very knowledgeable but also has a great sense of humour while making you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone!
