From ho hum to fabulous! Keegan provided us with gorgeous stone and Martin with excellent masonry. Absolutely love our new fireplace and highly recommend. The prices were great too when compared to man-made stone.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Contacted them weeks ago to see if they have coping and paver stones to finish a project we had a contractor coming to finish. Didn’t hear back- I had to keep calling them to see if they had the chance to “go out back and look” which I never got an answer on.Fast forward contractor almost finished job- tells me I need 15 more of the smaller of the 3 paver stone sizes to complete. They won’t sell me individual stones only layers. Online they advertise bricks in the same colour needed. After deciding to cut the remaining stones we already have to size, then use bricks for the remaining, I contacted stone concept again to see if I can buy individual bricks. They told me I can’t, so when I said I’ll find another solution to having a bunch of extra pavers or bricks I don’t need- I was called “cheap” for not wanting to spend $60 on a layer I don’t need- or that they will sell me individual bricks or stones for $150 PER PIECE!!

Buy your materials ANYWHERE else. From start to finish Keegan has been a nightmare to deal with. I understand in the current market the supply chain can be challenging however we ordered materials in March for a Jun-July delivery and as of mid August we still have not received our materials. There has been ZERO communication on to the status and when asked he uses a default answer of the container should be in tomorrow. I give Martin slightly more credit as he will at least look into where the materials are but still offer no solution. I have contacted other stone suppliers and they were able to supply me with my entire order within 2 weeks however Stone Concept would not provide me with any refund thus handcuffing me to them. As a whole the Rinox product is very good however DO NOT BUY from Stone Concept!.

The owner was extremely rude to me after I turned down a job offer with him as politely as I could, accusing me of wasting his time. . No paperwork had been signed yet and I had received a better offer elsewhere. I let him know as soon as I myself knew, again, in the most polite way I could, wishing him luck with other candidates.A word to the wise DO NOT WORK HERE!

Terrible experience. We ordered a grey tile that we were told would be available whenever we needed it. When we needed it, they didn't have any in stock. Then we were repeatedly told that it would be in soon. Months later they informed us that the stone was ready for pickup. We then had an issue with the colour that was not their fault but they didn't even attempt to help us find a solution for the problem. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. Beware!

Owner Martin phoned at 7 o'clock at night because of this review.Apparently he will be fixing this another way I am not sure if that is a threat or not.I will be leaving a very detailed review of what happened and why I left a 1 start review when I have time to properly put into words.

I had the pleasure of getting to know the staff at Stone Concept. Firstly, I would like to command the owner Martin for is professionalism and knowledge of his craft. He is always a step ahead when it comes to give you advice or recommend a type of stone that would benefit your project. Secondly, his craftsmanship is second to none in the business. He enabled us to make our project a great success! I highly recommend Martin and his team for your upcoming projects.

We asked several businesses for quotes to cut a piece of stone we provided for a countertop, Stone Concept provided a fast and competitive response. They were very accommodating to our schedule, and the cut was quick and of good quality. Very friendly staff!

Great service. Bought some brick veneer from them for behind my wood stove. Great product at a great price. Thanks Keegan.

I would like to thank Keegan and Martin for their service! The recent order (Marigold) from SC had a logistical problem that was promptly solved. Besides I like an idea to support local businesses as SC which investing into a stone cutting equipment and creating added value here, not just reselling.
