Great tour experience! Stopped here on our wine tour and were glad that we did. The chocolate is fresh and delicious. And the tour teaches you a lot about how it's made and processed. You must try the red chocolate covered cherries and toffee almonds! I also really enioyed the cinnamon and chocolate raisins. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Grateful to have found this place.

A GREAT Chocolate shop in the St David's area in the heart of wine country. Lots of parking and easy to find. The employees were very helpful and friendly and not too pushy. Lots of selection and Some Sugar free stuff as well. PRICES are reasonable . Good handicapped parking . Place is very clean and has some I interesting history of the area and chocolate making.

We all loved well presentation that took place here and the chocolate was out of this world to where we all abort so much chocolate back home to the United States and can't wait to share with others here and perhaps they get the opportunity to come to Canada they would know to come to you all the Chocolate Factory we love it!

Small candy business, but several very tasty products and very informative tour and samples. I was on a tour bus with 38 of us and I believe everyone bought at least something. Yum! Yum! Good.

Debbie and Mellisa were great, so welcoming and friendly.The samples were so addictive. The tour was 15-20 min but worth it.I would recommend to give them a visit. Won’t regret it.

I visited CFX for a work holiday gathering. The team building activity was a lot of fun and we really got to utilize skills we don't normally use every day at work. It was such a lighthearted day full of laughs and learning. The staff were accommodating and super friendly.

While I am visiting Niagara Falls for the weekend, a guide tour mentioned CFX when I asked about Chocolate Truffles. We decided to visit CFX and saw varieties of chocolate in the store. Unfortunately, I didn't get Chocolate Truffles at CFX. I got chocolate balls instead. There are too many chocolate balls to choose from even if I only look for dark chocolate. It's hard to resist once you got into the store. By the time I reached the store, it was very late and the store almost closed. I didn't get to do the tour so I can't rate the factory tour experience. But for the chocolate, I would say that the price is reasonable for the amount of chocolate I got.

Nice tour, but there is a reason it’s free because you don’t actually get to experience the factory. The tour simply talks you through the process through viewing glass. Overall a good experience and got to taste some unusual flavors. Shop local, support local.

We stopped here during our weed and wine tour that we booked during our vacation. We weren’t expecting to stop here because it wasn’t on the original itinerary, but I’m happy that we did! It’s a beautiful store with lots of delicious chocolate treat options. We bought quite a few things there! The sales lady that was behind the counter was super friendly and let us try quite a few things before buying them. I recommend stopping here if you’re in the area! :)
