Just bought a dirt bike and some moto-x gear from them . The owners which I've know for many years treated me really well . That's why I buy all our toys from them . I was looking for a Honda generator and wasn't sure which one would work for my rv air conditioner. I needed it to run a 13500 air conditioner.I was very impressed with the sales person (Taya) that I spoke with and she steered me in the right direction. I bought the EU3200i generator and iam very impressed with it. It's starts on the first pull. It's quiet and runs my rv air conditioner with no problem at all. It's also very lite weight and compact.The staff at cycle north are great. If you are in need of a Honda generator stop by Cycle North.Thank you Taya for all your help.

I arrived late in the day to purchase a utility trailer. I was leaving town that evening. With no notice at all the team made it come together for me in short time.The trailer suites my needs perfectly and the price was comparable to other shops in the area. I will definitely shop Cycle North Powersports again.

Purchased a new Honda Rubicon. Communications with Honda Canada and Cycle North was not always the best (no fault of Cycle North). Ordered a 2023, bronze shell fm6 (manual shift). After months of waiting (shipping times from manufacturers are not fast in this day and age) a follow-up was done only to find out Honda Canada forgot to inform us that Honda stopped making bronze shells and had stopped shipping 2023's, they were now shipping 2024's- a shock to myself and Cycle North. The 2024 fm6's only came in one colour: matte grey, with some red high-lights...an ok colour for myself. There just happened to be a floor model coming in and my Sales Rep Darren contacted me immediately and asked me if l wanted to put my name on it to hold. l said yes and within weeks l had my new quad, and it's a beauty! If it hadn't been for Darren and the team at Cycle North, who knows when l would have received a new Honda quad. The team was fantastic and l highly recommend people take advantage of the quality of sales and service tbey provide. Yes, l was patient but having worked for japanese company in the past and having owned a Foreman in the past, the quality of the product is well worth the wait.l will definitely be purchasing more product from Cycle North. They know their products and go out of their way to satisfy the customer. There's an old saying; you get what you pay for and that holds true for this dealership.

I travelled all the way from Alberta to purchase a sled from Cycle North Powersports as they were the only dealer in Canada that had the Polaris sled I was looking for. Sheldon was very responsive and helpful right from the beginning. He was quick to respond through email and phone calls and kept me up to date through the stop sale recalls from Polaris. When I arrived to pick up the machine the staff was very friendly and helpful, from the girl that greeted me at the door all the way to the guy that did the walk through. I was offered help from multiple staff members in between. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Awesome place to deal with! I felt right at home which was awesome since I was only passing thru. I dealt with Nathan. He was prompt, got questions answered, and got me and my machine in and out as fast as possible, which was perfect!
