Stopped in around 7PM on November 19 and ordered 2 blizzards at the front counter. 20 minutes later we finally asked for a refund, apparently the drive through patrons are more important the the counter customers. Likely won't be back.

Ordered 3 blizzards online. The app says to go to the mobile order pickup area. This area did not exist in this store nor was there any monitor saying which order was up or anything like that. After a long wait (I assumed because it was fairly busy) I inquired about the blizzards. I was told that they had been ready for a long time and the staff would go get them. The treats were quite melted and runny. When I asked them to rectify this they were clearly annoyed and blamed me for not telling them I had arrived. Increased to 2 stars because the replacements were well made.

Was a longish wait which is understandable as it was quite busy but I was very dissatisfied when I opened my meal. There was barely any fries.. for the 11$ I was unimpressed.

I highly suggest not ordering a cake from here... the colours are far from vibrant. The managers excuse was the printer was low, and wouldn't redo the cake. Very disappointed. Guess I'll continue to support co-op for their cakes.

We showed up at about 7 pm on Tuesday evening. There were several people ahead of us and several people waiting for their food. Our order was taken promptly and efficiently. I don’t know how busy the drivethru was but it appeared the employees were all busy. Employees were all friendly. We did have to wait a while for our food. They apologized and gave us a token for a free blizzard or something similar. The food was good and they even had plastic straws which seems to be a rare treat nowadays. I probably would go elsewhere if I was in a hurry. Everything else considered I hope to eat here again.

The food is just not the same anymore they taste frozen fried nowIt's usually just warm when you get it and they always make mistakes in making a burger if you have allergiesAlso go drive thru hardly every dona walk in so atmosphere is a drive thru one

Always a great place to stop. Real bananas in their banana milkshakes. Great service, friendly courteous staff, great food in a convenient location. Had to have a double cheeseburger to get me down the road. Spring is around the corner at #DQ
