I tried to book an eye lash lift for my birthday and sadly Nikki couldn’t make the appointment so she texted me the morning of the appointment to ask to reschedule. She never answered my message about booking a new date and when i got impatient the following week i booked again. I showed up to my new appointment and she wasn’t there. I looked around and knocked and nobody was there. I asked the nearby business if she was there and she had not been all day. I didn’t get a text or email about her not showing up.
