When I phone the advertised number I don't get this office I get the main company number. The person answering is not helpful and won't transfer me to the Langley office. I have tried dealing with the people who answer and have received different and conflicting information. When I inquired about renting a POC for travel I was told 1)that I would need a backup, 2) that the machines break down all the time, 3) that they could not guarantee that they would send me the machine I needed and might send me something else (?). I found this very stressful and it has taken months and a lot of work on my part to get the correct information regarding living and traveling with supplemental oxygen. I spoke with the Langley office to get a price for my insurance company for the machine I need. I submitted it and then found out the Langley office had given me the wrong price.

My family was concerned that I stopped breathing at night time, therefore I was recommended by my physician to get a sleep apnea test.I was recommended to Vital -Air in Langley, BC where I met Manny Sihota. Manny then explained to me in full details on how I was to be tested for sleep apnea and ensured that I understood by showing me how to wear the testing apparatus at home to guarantee positive results that he can work with to diagnose weather or not I had sleep apnea. Well it turned out that I have severe sleep apnea. Manny then set me up with a temporary CPAP machine that he could regulate from anywhere even from his own home (which he did), then over the next several weeks we emailed and talked with one another until the CPAP machine was set up perfectly including the mask fitting, it took several masks before we found one that fit my profile. Manny then found the most suitable CPAP machine for my sleep apnea therapy subsequently Manny let me use their CPAP machine until I received my own. I am very satisfied with the purchase and the extra time and efforts Manny provided to me, in addition Manny continues to stay in contact to ensure things are going well and advise on more improved masks that may achieve a better seal and comfortable fit.I highly recommend Manny Sihota and Vital Air in Langley, BC for his personal care and professionalism complete with his attention to details that ensures the client has the appropriate diagnoses along with best CPAP machine set up.Thank-you Manny, My family is very happy!

I'm very impressed with this clinic. I went in as I need to get sleep Apnea treatment. Manny Sihota explained me in full details regarding therapy and how the CPAP machine works. He let me use his machine until I decided to buy my own. We also tried several masks and Manny was not satisfied until I found the perfect fit mask. He gave me few different styles of masks to try at home to see which one I liked the most. I am very satisfied with the purchase and I know that Manny is just a call away whenever I need to ask any question. Keep up the good work.

i had asked to have a technician to come out to the house on friday at 11:15am and i’m still waiting for service to have the oxygen equipment looked at for my elderly grandma… it’s now saturday at 9:45am the next day she still has had no technical support to help her with the oxygen tank. after taking with 5 different people over the phone. i said i was extremely upset having to miss work and i’m still waiting. and i was going to file a complaint. the employee Deesh said to me that i’m wasting her time and that she didn’t need to hear what i was saying. i was floored. im so angry and please stay way from this company at all costs

If I could leave less than 1 star I would have. Impossible to get to talk to someone in the Langley location. I’ve been trying all morning and no one picks up the phone. The call centre is no help as all they do is transfer me to the oxygen dept. I’ve been on hold for an hour there. Very poor service.
