Was heading on a trip across bc parks, and needed to re-stock on bear deterrents. They had great stock as well as plenty of knowledge, friendly attitude and reasonable prices. Everything I needed in one place. I’ll be going back next re-stock

Bought some rings and bases for my Tikka last week and called the store to figure out the tracking info. Package arrived sooner than it was supposed to and the guy was great to talk to on the phone. Thanks again guys, I'm set for the season now. Keep up the great customer service!

Went in to purchase hunting rubber boots for a Birthday gift and giftee was there to try on for proper sizing. I asked for the prices to be hidden so cheapest option would not be taken, which is often the case with this person. Even though the selection was poor the quality of boot we ended up with was good. Why the bad review? The comment from the owner as I purchased them; I probably like to spend “my husbands” money more than he did. It was a big hit with the boy’s club hanging around and behind the counter. I am not a guide that would spend a lot of money at valley firearms frequently but I would have been a loyal customer who spent more for quality. Sorry boys, I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.

Restocking my ammunition for when it cooler, and I can go to the range and practice my accuracy. I have restricted the time at the range because it's not comfortable to relax and concentrate.

Good selection and ready and willing to help staff. Prices were a bit high but this is a small local store, so important to support. Can't beat having a gun shop in your town.

I recently purchased my first restricted forearm through these guys and they were wonderful to deal with.They answered all my questions and were super understanding about me being a pistol rookie, as the restricted/non-restricted rules are vastly different.I especially appreciate that me being a girl, they didn't treat me as if I was going into this blindly and uneducated (though they may disagree because I was asking a million questions).Thank you guys for being so wonderful. I will not hesitate to make the hour drive in the future to come see you for my next firearm purchase.
