Never had a problem with RFG. Always on time and willing to help and assist. Every employee is always happy to help. Would encourage anyone to try them out. You will not be disappointed.

Had a great experience with RFG Plumbing. I had a list of things that needed repair or replacement. The guys showed up on time and banged out all of the items on my list in no time. The guys were professional and did a great job. Cleaned up nicely and showed me all of the work that had been done. I highly recommend RFG Plumbing.

Even though they were early they explained. I was greeted at the door with a handshake and introduction. Ryan and his father were veey friendly and professional. The job was easier than I expected. I also got text messages from them saying they were on the way with a picture of who was coming.I am planning on using them again later down the road. And will be recommending them to friends.

If you like your neighbours don't call this company. They blocked me in my driveway and then when I asked them to move to let me out they decided that they would finish the job first. I understand tools are heavy but if you're not doing work on my house don't block my driveway. When I confronted him afterwards and said it would be nice if he would have just given me the heads up that he needed to block my driveway that I could have planned around it. Instead of apologizing he told me that it's a service vehicle and he doesn't have to do any of that. Then things escalated into a yelling match and threats were thrown both ways.All because the company doesn't have the courtesy to let you know they're going to block you in for an hour before they do it.Edit: while there response is true, I did become verbally aggressive and that was wrong, they are lying. They blocked my driveway the entire time they did the job next door and also refused to move until the job was done. Again had they just notified me before hand I would have been more than happy to move my car out on to the road so they could have blocked my driveway as long as they wanted. They blocked in my neighbour who shares my driveway and is a driveway mechanic. He was unable to get vehicles in and out of the drive way to work on them. Just a total lack of respect for anyone around them.

Ryan from RFG came through on a repair job for me on a Sunday with no questions asked. He even brought his young son with him to teach him the family business. This is the second or third time I have had Ryan at my house doing work for me where I have witnessed him teaching someone about plumbing all while completely the work in a timely and efficient manner. The customer service from Ryan is unmatched and he has the patience of a saint to be teaching while working and is one of the reasons I continue to call RFG for all of my plumbing needs. Great work yet again!

Recently had the guys from RFG come out to put in a back water valve, battery back up for Sump and secondary sump in. They did a fantastic job, worked quickly and cleaned up great. I had a ton of questions beforehand and they were always very understanding and answered all my questions thoroughly.

Would highly recommend. Fixed a leak in a bathroom and unfortunately leak started again a few days later at no fault of RFG. Guys came back as soon I called and replaced the part again at no charge. Very professional and personable!

Rfg showed up right away and did an excellent job figuring out the root cause of my issue and clearing a clog. Very highly recommended

It was scheduled at 1 o'clock yesterday Feb 08 and they arrived half hour early when I was having lunch. I was surprised and they are very punctual. Tim is profession, experienced and knowledgeable. He can find out the issue immediately and solve the problem very quickly. I am so impressed. I'd appreciate their help and kind.
