Great spot to rv camp! The owners were great and very accommodating, dog friendly (they would walk their own dogs and check up on people and even passed out Mr freezes to the kids.

What a wonderful place to stay! You can’t beat the beautiful views, location, and easy access! If you haven’t visited since the NEW owner, Sean, took over you are in for a treat. He goes out of his way to make your stay unforgettable and his family members are the nicest people you will ever meet. We can’t wait to come back for a longer stay to watch the eagles fish as we sit along the water by the fire. Our pups even give this place a solid “10”!

Had a great time, no complaints at all. Every service worked great. They are located in an amazing location with Ainsworth Hotsprings, Kokanee Zipline, Kokanee Provincial Park, and Nelson close by. We will come again next year, now that we know we can moor our boat. This should be added to the website so guest know.

Most of the sites are seasonal but a few overnite rv sites. Sean went above and beyond to make our stay great for the 2 nites we were there. Great view of the lake!! Showers and washrooms really clean.

We have been coming here for a few years now and spending 2-3 weeks every year. It is under new management this year and Sean doing a great job. It is a very very nice rv park with great access to the water front. We are wishing Sean all the success in his new endeavor.

Sean and Andrea are awesome hosts. We simply have a Eurovan and they found us an unserviced, more private spot on the water, which was perfect for our needs. Incredibly silent, nice bathrooms and showers; 20 min to Nelson. A real gem.showers

Great place that has been under new ownership since the beginning of 2021. Super friendly staff that have tirelessly upgraded many parts of the facility and docks etc. Great views and very accommodating and responsive to your needs. Beautiful treed property in the middle of a Kootenay oasis. Proximity to Balfour ferry, Kaslo and Nelson unbeatable. Thanks for the stay guys.
