AVOID THIS PLACE and Adam. After a technical issue on the phone with bookings at another location. U HAUL representative told me they called this location and told me they will are open until 6pm and they will wait for me to get there (time is 5:15pm when the call ended. I get in my car to head over to this location. I am half way there and a “man” named Adam called me and said “Don’t come we are closed” and the time is 5:30. I tell him I will be there in 10 mins as I’m on the way. He then insists “NO, don’t bother we are closed. I tell him u haul representative told me you guys are open until 6pm and that you will wait. Even then he says “NO”. After urgently needing a rental because of Adam and his unfortunate attitude and behaviour I wasn’t able to get one. The next day I rented from a location down the street. I wouldn’t be mad if it was my fault but they close at 6pm and call me at 5:30 to not come and that they are closed.Just wanted to Warn anyone of Adam that is going this location. 0 Stars if I could.

Simple and efficient service with really fair prices

This place was so caked with dust it, that I felt as if I needed to shower once I left. From the table, to the walls, to the office chair, everything is covered. As soon as you enter (if you're unlucky and get the grumpy guy), you're greeted with some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you're actually able to hear the person talking to you behind the incredibly loud drilling noise, you'll realize that they have no interest in being friendly. Instead of being asked anything along the lines of how can I help you?"

First, if you have asthma, I suggest you stay out of this place because you probably won't make it out alive. It is dusty... When I say dusty, I mean you can swipe the desk with your finger and it'll leave dust marks. Unclean beyond words, first impressions say it's never been cleaned since they bought the place. There seems to be 2 workers. One is pretty nice, he can actually smile. The other has an inability to even show a hint of a smile. We walked in and the first question was, what do you want?" Charming isn't it? Customer service is a 0. I gave them 2 stars because they actually had a uhaul van we use rent

The owners are the nicest people I know. They give excellent service and are pleasant and professional. I won’t go anywhere else.
