Kathy & TJ installed our new window coverings today and we were awed by both the product and service! We love out new cellular and roller blinds and the service just can’t be beat. Kathy even brought me some fabric and instructions to make my own skylight cover! We are so satisfied with this company and will highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you Kathy, we wouldn’t consider going anywhere else after having the best!

This team is awesome! Could not get over how quickly and professionally our blinds were measured up, ordered and installed...customer service extraordinary! We'd bought a new place in Chemainus and only had a few days before moving in; blinds were up before the beds were. Kathy said if blinds weren't in before we moved she'd install some temporary ones in the bedroom; she also did a perfect colour match for our windows that they just blend right in. Cannot say enough good things about Tidal Blinds!

My husband and I have not received such great customer service in a long time! Kathy was great helping us pick the best option for our new home. TJ did the install and it was super quick. We are so happy with how they turned out and look great in the space! Highly recommend Tidal Blinds.

Kathy and her install team are fantastic!! From the ordering to the installation I could not have received better service. I love that my new blinds are made right here in British Columbia and the quality is amazing.
