We visited Newport Yacht Club and have had dealings with the Commodore and several other volunteers. We were treated very well This is a beautiful yacht club nestled between gorgeous well-kept homes. We highly recommend considering this yacht club.

Nice little private marina with a tennis court, basketball court, baseball diamond and modern kids' playground. Great location for boat harboring on Lake Ontario, easy to spot entrance to the harbor from the lake (there's a statue of Poseidon on the rocks that has a distinct green light that shines in the fog/dark like a lighthouse does). Good size marina in a residential setting.

Yacht club opening dinner was another great experience, from the amazing food catered by Mustangs Bar and Grill, to the live music! Well organized and very welcoming. Thank you to all who were part of facilitating this fun night.

Great place to live work and play. Marina is in excellent condition we bought a house here in 2012. It’s great to wake up to such a friendly place. The boat owners help make our place better. Once you get here you don’t want to leave!!!!

Boating here since May 2010. Love it. Direct lake access and no bridge to wait for. Great people and easy access to two clean beaches to swim at nearby.The surrounding homes and gardens are great to look at and make it well protected from the high winds.

This is a beautiful place BUT this is because the homes surrounding the basin are well cared for by the home owners. The marina itself was built over 30 years ago and is showing its age. Boards are rotten or loose, have screws and nails sticking up, numerous floats are missing, there are no launch facilities and no gas available, pump out works intermittently. It may be the cheapest in this area for mooring your boat but you get what you pay for.

Needs more signage to make it easier to find.If you are someone new to the area it would be difficult to find it.
