Sorrento Barbers

I’ve been going to this barber for a few years now and just got a haircut today and realized I never left a review before. They do great work! All stylists leave my hair nice. All are friendly, so I continue to use this business. I highly recommend it :)

I said “don’t take anything off the top” and now half of my hair is gone. I’m usually pretty chill with hair but how hard is it to NOT cut hair off?I went and got my hair fixed the day after. The hairdresser was surprised at how bad the sides were. And the fade was uneven. So the Sorrentos barber managed to cut the top (which I didn’t want) and then cut the sides badly.And just to be clear: because I said “don’t touch the top” we had no conversation about how I like the top. So not only did she cut the top (poorly), she cut it totally different from how I like it. It was not just a bad haircut, it was a surprise bad haircut.Honestly the worst haircut of my life.I’d been going to Sorrentos for about a year now but I’m never coming back.

I am unfortunately writing a bad review based on three experiences I've had for a walk cut at this place.Despite having a significant undercut which needs maintenance, each time I've come in it was assumed I was there to support or wait for another client. No greeting, no ask if I've wanted something done, and the person who comes in after me is always offered a seat before anyone acknowledges my presence.It sucks and I've tried to let this be a one off" experience but it has happened every time."

Use to be one of the best if not the best barber in town then they started hiring hipsters. Last few times I went there they had Kunta Kinte and some feminist chick there and they both rushed the cut and it was sloppily done...

This is the go-to for quality cuts, friendly atmosphere and overall just great service. The staff really do such a great job at making people feel at home, and the whole process of booking and everything in general is super easy. Thankful for this shop and it’s staff!

Amazing old school barbershop, great staff and a cornerstone of the neighbourhood. Just had my haircut by Fred and it's one of the best cuts I've ever had, for much less than what I was paying before. Support small business and come down and check these folks out!
