Dropped off my watch to get polished. The polishing job was done well, the matte part was ok (there were a few spots where the un-even pressure was visible), but with a bit of sanding at home it was all corrected.

This is definitely the place to go if you need a new watch battery. Service is fast at a very reasonable price, in a convenient location and provided by a very pleasant gentleman! I've had 3 different watch batteries replaced over the last year and highly recommend L&J for this service!

The place was a little hard to find, and we did not see any signs on the exterior of the building. But when you go inside to the small lobby you will see their small doorway near the elevators. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful.

Reasonable price for a battery swap ($10). Don't go to Yorkdale or anywhere else that will rip you off.Friendly owner.

I've had to get my Rolex watch resized, and went to this store.The repair man:1. Roughly handled my watch knowing that the watch costs $9000, and left scratches on the adjustment screws.2. After servicing, I kindly asked if there were any small parts that he forgot to include in the plastic baggie he gave me (especially because while he was servicing, one of the parts went almost flying on the table). He got very easily offended and told me it's not very nice to ask.3.. Most importantly, one of the adjustment screws came loose within a day of getting it resized here. I wasted $15. I thought about going back to get it serviced again, but I didn't want this man roughly handling my watch again.I would avoid this repair shop with the short-tempered man who is not careful with customers' watches at all costs.

Will repair your watch for $10. Simple, transparent, does what it says on the tin. More service repairpersons should follow this recipe for success
