Extremely slow. Never on time for appointments. Waited over an 1 hour watching multiple people come into waiting room after I register and see the dr before me. My time is more valuable than they feel clearly

Dr Anna Pawlec has been my daughter's doctor, as well as mine, since she was born. She is 10 years old and Pawlec has made sure she's healthy and happy her whole life. Thank you to Dr. Pawlec and the whole team at Victoria Family Medical Center!

My family has been patients here for over 30 years. When Jo-Anne Hammond(our doctor) was still there, she was fantastic, and despite it being a teaching center, always made sure to come in after the resident was finished and ask if you had any questions or concerns for HER(as SHE would know your history more than her student). Since Hammond's retirement we have had 2 doctors(Moxley and now Cookson) take her place and NEITHER of them have been of any help for my brother, my mother OR myself. When my brother went for a referral for his back pain, he was told that there's no point because the OTHER doctor wouldn't be able to do anything for him, when I went in to ask to get my hormones tested, I was asked questions(by Cookson's resident) and when he went to relay my answers, she didn't even come IN to tell me they won't check my levels because from my answers she think's I'm fine. My MOTHER had been having health issues for the past FOUR YEARS and they'll send her for a few tests, and when her results come back in the normal spectrum"

My husband has had a severe rash for almost 2 years and has gone to the clinic to see Dr Cookson countless times and he has been brushed off over and over being told don't scratch or use moisturizer and never was anything actually done about it recently he has often gone multiple times a week and rarely has dr Cookson even talked to him personally always sending residents who clearly don't know what they are doing because it was never clearing up... finally after at least a yr and a half of him trying to fight with them to help they did a skin swab and they gave him antibiotics that still is slowly helping and never made it go away yet they stillDon't take him seriously and he had to ask for a recommendation to see a dermatologist and they grudgingly gave it to him but dr Cookson really doesn't care

Great clinic! My husband used to see Dr Witmore as a child and now our family sees Dr Wicket and she is amazing. Super kind, attentive and reassuring. I usually get same-day appointments for my kids which is great instead of having to go to a walk-in. They no longer meet you at the hospital unfortunately. However, if ever they are closed, they refer you to a satellite clinic at which you can make an appointment. The only difficulty is that you see many student doctors, so it usually is a new face every appointment, but you can definitely request to see your doctor if that's what you prefer.

been going there for 14 years and nothing has been done for my chronic back pain they had failed to remove a planters wart after 3 treatments so i did it myself with a home remedy and the doctor would not come to my step fathers death bed despite being asked for and agreeing to do so she sent students instead if you have any other choice of clinic take it Dr.Pawelec and her team EXCEPT HOLLY are the worst doctors iv'e ever encountered in my life and iv'e seen many so if you have no other option but them or urgent care facilities take urgent care

I was a patient at VMC for nearly a decade and honestly, I miss it! The staff are so kind, patient, and helpful! Wait times were always short. I can’t recommend enough!

I always get an appointment promptly usually same day. I used to visit Dr. Wetmore but he when took a position at London health and sciences, I was transferred to Dr. Wicket. She is very friendly and truly listens to my concerns. I have been going to this clinic for 20 plus yrs. especially loved the clinic when my daughter was young always got in to see a doctor promptly, called on weekends and was met at hospital by a doctor on call on many occasions while my daughter was young. I found this to be a great comfort when I my child was prone to strep throat often, and emergency doctors would misdiagnose, while as a mother knew what it was and what meds would make my baby better. Appreciate that fact that I do have a doctor when many don't. Although there have been staff changes mostly still the same great atmosphere.
