They brought me a Greek salad, and it was so delicious that I couldn't eat it.There is no way I could give anything less than five stars for this.I awarded it five stars since the servings are really generous.Don't let your pride get in the way of your determination.

This place has sadly gone downhill.. they don't cook their meat on the rotisserie grill anymore and instead just cook it on the flattop.. it becomes a soggy mess. The meat also didn't taste like fresh meat... it was very rubbery and chewy..

Ordered Beyond Meet Shawarma for take out and discovered 5 pieces of real beef in it, along with a piece of plastic. I don’t know if this was done by a malicious intent or as a mistake. But regardless, it’s unacceptable. I was an Osmow’s customer for years and never had this issue at other locations. This is the first and the last time I am ordering something from this location, and frankly don’t have much enthusiasm to come back to any Osmow’s after this experience. If you are vegetarian, stay away.

Terrible experience at the Derry Road Mississauga location. I received the wrong salad. I ordered their house salad and got a Greek with no chicken.Called the store once I got home and they told me i ordered wrong and it was my fault! Just horrible customer service. It’s too bad as I won’t be going back there.

Ordered a large falafel wrap 2 days ago. 1Had the falafel in the wrap but hardly any toppings put in as I requested. It ended up looking like a thin long wrap. I asked if all the toppings were put in, and the server said yes. Well it was 95 percent falafel and wrap. This is the second time they cheated out on toppings. Other Osmos are way better than this location. Would not recommend it to anyone considering this location, at least for what I ordered.

Worst. Shawarma main additional is garlic sauce. Seems they missed it. And cold and dry. Will not worth. To owner : please prepare same product. I tried many locations Courtney park, living arts and lakeshore. This location is worst in town.

I always liked Osmows’s and I visited many different locations! I love their Osmows’s special meal, I didn’t like the beef kofta meal I ordered from this location. It was below average. Their Caesar salad was really good.Edit: I made another pickup (February 2022) order and it was excellent service.I think they need to get rid if those paper containers because they leak and drip !Stereo foam won’t leak!Food quality 8/10Cleannesses 8/10Waiting time 8/10Costumer service 9/10

As a long-time fan of Middle Eastern cuisine, I have to say that Osmow's Shawarma has truly become my go-to spot for the best shawarma in town. Their meats are always juicy and perfectly seasoned, and they offer a wide variety of fresh toppings that really elevate the overall flavor profile of each bite. I particularly love their garlic sauce - it's so creamy and flavorful that I could honestly eat it by the spoonful. Plus, their portions are incredibly generous - I always leave feeling satisfied but never too full.
