I have never provided comments before but i feel i have to share my experiences so that other people do not have to go through what i go through. will give a -5 star if i can.. The technician Sam came to spray promptly but it did not work. Paid in full with warranty. Came back and sprayed again, still did not work. Told 5 times in a row and did not show up, did not call to give heads up he is not coming and i waited for him. Did not answer text, did not answer phone calls. Escalated to management, Sam came back to spray and still did not work. Now 4 days in a row he promised to come and again no show, no phone call to tell me he can not come. Ask for refund, he ignores you. Call management to try to escalate and nobody picks up the phone, can not leave messages. Tried text messages to management, again no reply. Problem is still here (wasp/yellow jacket activity remains at the same level after applications. ) and money is paid in full.
