I give them Three stars for their timely manner, and their drivers are good people, product ends up where it's supposed to go with no damage, so far. However, they lose two stars for their customer service reps on the phone. EVERY TIME I call there, they're sucking or chewing on something in my ear, loudly. Disgusting. Also, I get that some people you have to talk to like an infant, however, let's not go into it automatically with a presumption it's everybody. <--That's with some understanding of being on the phones myself sometimes. Plus try not to let me think you hate your job with your tone of voice. It's the illusion you like your job that keeps customers coming back.

Terrible customer service all I asked was a simple question on whether my parcel had shipped and was treated like complete garbage and made out to be a fool for asking.

Which one of your drivers was at the intersection of 111Ave/186St at 8am on Jan 11 '19? That idiot tried to take an illegal left at his red light (not yellow - a full on red that came later) while I was taking my LEGAL right hang turn. The lowly worm of a driver then started repeatedly holding his horn and honking as he drove past even after my subsequent turn. Look, driver, it's not my fault you couldn't get a job that's not about to be replaced by AI. Disgusting. Back to driving school. Yuck. You insect. So you guys need better standards when it comes to hiring your drivers. SCARY. AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS for your freight needs unless you want another Humboldt incident on your hands.

Not for Consumer Shipping! - Seriously, first delivery attempt was a no show, no phone call no nothing (and they scheduled the appointment). 2nd delivery attempt no door bell, called me during lunch, by the time I called back they decided to do another non-delivery. Phone Edmonton Office, told them I would come pick it up myself that night. Show up at the warehouse, they can't find my shipping papers, then they can't find the package, 45 minutes later I finally pickup and deliver my own package. These guys take the cake for disorganized mess...

My husband applied for their driver position and didn't feel it was honest or fair. He went in for an interview but needed to get a new driver's abstract, and proper references to get the position. We didn't really have the money to spare like this as it was the money for our vehicle payment. He was told if he gave the new abstract and the references were good enough he would be hired. Today we had to go to the pawnshop to make up for the money we didn't have. He also risked his current job for the interview as the boss from his current job told him if he couldn't come back right away he would be fired. He went bent over backwards for this job and more. He was crushed that the Manager, Rob mentioned that he never gave his current abstract and hired 2 drivers already. He would of been a loyal driver as he always helps others and put them first before himself. That's why he was devoted to the companies he used to work for many years. I noticed in the comments that there were people complaining about the drivers, now I see why they keep hiring horrible drivers with no people skills. What they need is better management.

Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Fast, efficient and dedicated to keeping the customer happy. Giant two thumbs up from me! They delivered kayaks from Costco to our door in the country beautifully.

Do not use this company. Worst delivery service I have ever used!! I have talked to them three times this week and every time they say my package is on the truck and going to be delivered. Each time They have a different excuse why it does not show up. I have no idea when it will come now and No longer have anyone to help me unload this very large package.

Smashed my expensive and proper packaged vehicle door windows - both of them. How? I have no idea. Refused to pay more than 2 dollars per pound for them and would not let me have a declared value on glass. Still haven't gotten my measly 80 dollars for the claim which is 1/6 of the property value. Will not be using these guys again.

To qualify for work here must pass a physical, pass drug alcohol tests, then when you pass these invasive tests, you have to pass relentless pointless tests that demean a person all to work on a dock stacking boxes. Over 10 years of warehouse experience and a forklift license don't matter gotta pass those tests to cut open boxes. And you wonder why can't find people to work for you!
