WILL BEAT WEST COAST TIRES FOR BFG A/T's. Quick service. Great prices... Will beat anyone for a set of tires. Awesome crew. I live in Victoria and will travel up there any time for service. The guys at the shop and Nathan Hollett are great to deal with. Exceptional customer service. Thanks again for getting me in on such short notice.

So grateful for these guys. Came in with a screw in my tire and they immediately got me in and had it fixed within 20 minutes. It's a team of beards, steel toes and skill. Best customer service of any tire place I've visited.

Unexpected flat tire late on a Saturday afternoon. Nathan, the manager, is a top guy. Fitted me in last minute before closing and did a first rate job. Was great to deal with, fun, friendly and helpful. Will definitely go out of my way to come back when I need new tyres!

Unfortunately I took my car in for an alignment and had to bring it back twice because it kept pulling to one side, they nicely told me to bring it back and they would re-do it BUT when I did they apparently" had to add a shim (which I can understand

I just purchased a new set of Falken A/T Trail 235/60R18 -3PMS tires for my vehicle. If you need to get off road, still have a quiet ride on the highway and feel safe in any weather conditions, this is a great choice. It was recommended by the shop, the price point was exceptional and it is a very aggressive looking tire. This is a NEW brand of tire for me but I am an instant believer and would highly recommend these tires. Service as always, is first rate and the reason I keep coming back when I need tires. The 100km retorque took about 3 minutes.

After my tour was popped by a sharp rock hidden in the snow, I had to pull over to Tirecraft. They were extremely busy, yet they were kind enough to immediately take a look at my vehicle, look into their inventory, and give me suggestions. Moreover, since I had to go to work, they helped coordinate how I would safely retrieve my vehicle after work, since they would be closed by then.The whole team was so professional, kind and understanding, and I really appreciated their great service!

These guys are honest, reliable and very nice. They fixed a flat for me after fountain tire in Victoria said they couldn’t fix it and tried charging an inflated solution. I Will always go back to Tirecraft. Thanks Nathan!
