I had to stand in line for 15 mins cause the other lady needs help with exchange and manager was dealing with other customer. Its just a kid shoe that i am sure you guys deal a lot of returns or exchanges with but only a manager knows how to do it. Purposely done so other person can just leave without exchanging.

Racist and discriminatory store. The billing system allowed them our student and adidas app promotions but then a coworker came and said we have changed policies and will not allow any promotions. They removed all promotions and asked us to pay way more. They didn't even applied adidas app promotions which everyone should allow as mentioned on the app. Totally discriminatory store whereas stores in Mississauga allowed the same promotions on same clothes. Never gonna visit this store.

Store was filthy . Display shoes with laces hanging out . Staff not paying attention to customers and product mix was embarrassing. Can’t believe how bad this store has become in such a short time . Great work adidas retail….

I am a regular customer at this store and I always buy for me and for all my family but the last time I was there I bought an adidas pink shoes and I didn’t know they put a glue to fix the outside and inside until my friends notice thatSo I don’t know what I have to do .The right side is the one which has a glue and the the left side is a normal oneI attached a photo for both side so you can see the differenceI put the receipt in the garabage because I always has a good quality product until I bought this boot .So I don’t have the receipt but the boot is not good and I need an exchange or my money backI appreciate your help
