I'm visiting West Kelowna and I needed a quick but small and simple print job done and PostNet delivered. I can't believe how fast they were! Also very reasonable pricing - $2 set up plus 16 cents per copy (black and white on standard paper). Quality was actually a little better than I expected.

Worst customer service!!! Tried to have something super simple printed and staff was too busy doing other stuff on the computer to bother checking the document I sent. After multiple times, I left. A total shame as I have given this business a lot of business over the years. So rude.

I cannot say enough good things about Dianne and her staff who have been incredibly helpful with printing of signs, programs and posters for Peachland's Mural Festival. We came in with last minute requests which they completed with time to spare. Fantastic customer service all round. Many thanks to all the West Kelowna Postnet staff for doing such a great job. You're the best:)

If I could give zero stars I would. It's an hour and a half round trip for me to pick up a parcel there that Purolator won't deliver to me (even though I paid the shipping). When I got it home I realized that half the order was missing. I called them and yes there was another box still there that they failed to give me. The woman on the phone, when I very politely expressed frustration over another hour and a half round trip, was basically yup tell someone who cares". No apology. Just rudeness. This business knows that they have a monopoly on shipments that Purolator refuses to deliver

I placed an online order for some birthday invitations. I was extremely impressed with the response time to my email as well as the incredibly friendly service I recieved on the phone from Darcy when I called to check in. They were done the next day with very good quality. Overall I really appreciated the service I recieved. Will use them again for any future projects
