I had Colin as my mortgage agent. I greatly appreciate his efforts and services in securing me with a very good rate. He was very responsive and informative, really honest with me and straight to the point. He also answered my calls/texts on weekends which I really appreciate. I highly recommend his services and rocket mortgage. They helped guide me through the whole mortgage process especially as a first time home buyer.

Rocket got us a very good interest rate almost a hole percentage point lower then the big charter banks. We needed a mortgage renewal and we weren’t happy with the rates from the banks. After having a mortgage with TD for 15 years they wouldn’t move on the rate. Rocket is huge in the us and so we gave them a try. Rates was .75 percent better than anything we could find. Service was excellent and we didn’t have to go anywhere to sign. Whole process was handled online from the comfort of our home. Great service and a great rate.
