It's rare to find great service, especially when it's all online or over the phone. But this time I really feel like I come first and I feel like my agents at Canada visa-services are dedicated to handling my case the best possible way. I am very pleased. 5 stars from me!

A big scam. They ask you for money as soon as you contact them, and then new and different documents for months. Meanwhile, they keep the scam up and collect a lot of money from everyone. You will never receive anything from them, never a confirmation or a written document. They are not a Canadian company, the +1 phone is just a tech game. The company is British, with an Indian partner appearing in 23 other companies (probably scam), Latvian bank accounts (uncontrollable), and holdings by an Israeli company. Not pleased with the service at all. Still waiting for a refund of 1000Euros for 2 weeks now which was confirmed on call by them I would be receiving it in 2-5 working days. I have more than a few points to share in my feedback.1. Not a single call goes through to any personell when called from my end.2. Hardly any confirmations via mail, mostly verbal confirmations which do not stand as strong proof of communication.3. No proper hierarchical communication, every time there is some new and different person to solve the ongoing issue.4. They have made me sign an agreement in which I can't act against the company, but I suppose I am free to leave my feedback(which is not at all acting against) and also warn people who look for such services. Rest is up to them.

Great services, kudos to the the customer service personnel I spoke to. I only discontinued my processing because I didn't have the required amount to complete the whole process. I suggest you could do something about such cases.

My first time working with a work agency and it was great. I have not moved yet but hopefully i will in the next 1 or 2 years

we had a long story about Canada Visa service. We discussed moving to Canada a lot and we read a lot about it, but we are both busy and the whole thing is so complicated. We decided to find help with a professional immigration consultant. So I found their site and really read through the whole thing. It was so clear to me thes people are the real deal, so I was going to show it to my husband when I get home from work and sign up together.By the time I got back, he already signed up with another company. So I forgot all about this company. Then, we found out this other company was a scam, and we were terrified of trying again. You never know. But my husband remembered the site I showed him because it impressed him too. So we gave them a chance because if you give up on your dreams the scammers win.We are now in touch with a very sweet Ms. Adams who is simply the best. Out file is still in process, but I'm just so happy we found a trustworthy organization with such great service. My point is, don't let evil win. Keep reaching for your dream. And Canada visa sevices are terrific.

This is a big scam. They pressure you to pay quick. (Don’t ever give them your card number). Can’t talk to the same people twice. When there is an issue they stretch it out so you can’t go back because « it’s already done ». I lost a ton of money because I wanted to do that easy and quick. Lesson learned. These people are really friendly until they get your money. Keep your money and inquire before doing anything stupid like us people in the reviews who got scammed.

The incredible amount of poor reviews makes the whole thing quite obvious. Additionally, confirming the doubts I'd been having for all over the conversation with the agent, who wasn't clearly a Canadian speaker, nor a native one. I'm just so sorry for the people who formerly suffered all of the issues.And as I reckon that you guys from Canada visa services often read and give reviewers an answer, let me tell you something, I'm gonna give you nothing. Stay away
