Ordered a tea via mobile, had to wait an extra 15 minutes on top of the pick time. I literally had to ask them about order, and I don't know if it's because of that my tea tasted like water. One thing that I wasn't happy with is that there were 3 staff and it wasn't too busy either. Had great experiences at this place in the past. Hopefully, this will be just one of those days.

Staff is not trained properly. Out of convenience I use the mobile order option for Starbucks. Staff neglect the mobile orders at this location. What should only take 5 minutes to make takes them 30. Staffing doesn’t seem to be an issue at this location. Every time I’ve gone in they’ve been fully staffed.They can’t seem to start and complete an order all the way through. They get distracted easily, even when the store isn’t busy. I’ve watched them make my beverage almost to completion, get distracted by a customer at the cash and forget about my beverage for 5 minutes. This customer came into the store 10 minutes after I did. What ever happened to first in, first out? I won’t be going back to this location.

Ordered mobile and had to wait 20 minutes for my drink in an empty store. Only one staff member working bar and the two others were doing other things. Staff is nice but waiting that long for one simple drink is crazy especially when there’s 3 staff members working.

I live in the area so I go here quite often and the wait time is always long. There is never a sense of urgency or care from the staff. I was just there earlier to pick up 2 drinks I had ordered ahead of time and someone was working in high heel boots taking her sweet time to grind/brew fresh coffee for 5 minutes. Turns out she had my coffee just decided to make me wait while doing her work. Hoping a review will bring some positive change.

By far this was the absolute worst Starbucks I’ve visited - not just within Ottawa but in comparison to several locations across multiple countries.I ordered 2 coffees with no customizations and it took 30 minutes to be made. Note that this was on a Sunday afternoon at 2:30pm. Everyone that was ahead of me was also waiting extremely long for their drinks, including those who placed mobile orders in advance.One of the employees was refilling the signature espresso beans container with a bag clearly labelled as blonde roast and upon realizing their mistake, they left it as is and didn’t even bother trying to remove or replace with the appropriate beans.There were at least 3 employees working and the issue seems to be a lack of training rather than being understaffed. Overall very poor customer service and no apologies were given to anyone for the delays.I won’t be coming back and suggest you order from the other 5+ Starbucks locations in Orleans, or literally any other location in the city besides this one.

I always have my coffee there, almost everyday. They are always very nice. It has a great atmosphere. I tend to stay there for the coffee. This place is great.

I waited in line for over 10 minutes and there were only 3 people in front of me. The cashier kept walking away to make coffees and do other things while the lineup grew. No, they were not understaffed. I’ll be avoiding this location in the future. Who would’ve thought the drive thru location would be faster!
