Owner was off putting when I asked if they had indoor Acana for cats. I asked if they were able to order since I wanted to support local (I go into Edmonton a lot so I can just as easy get it in the city). She asked why I liked indoor because it wasn’t top of the line like the other Acanas that she carried, I explained my cats have been on it for awhile so I’d like to stick to it. After I paid $70 for rabbit food and the smallest bag of Acana cat food (diff flavour), I turned to leave she said to her employee “it’s because it’s cheaper”. I didn’t appreciate the dig, I’ll get my dog, cat & rabbit food from another town/city. I didn’t know it was cheaper, it’s just what was recommended from Bone & Biscuit for my cats concerns but thanks for calling me cheap to your employee & customers that were there. You said it within earshot so your intentions were loudly & clearly received. I won’t be supporting this local shop and Acana is not cheap to begin with and prices are still rising so why would you even say that?!

Owner/worker had 2 dogs in a cage. One started aggressively barking and snapping at my pup. She asked me to put my pup in the car so as to not make her dogs aggressive….Also over priced. Would not return.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. The store has a variety of supplies right there to choose from.
