Carpet cleaning

I used this company service to clean my rug. The result was not satisfactory and the price was very high. When I raised the question and concern to the owner, he aggressively insulted me with F words. Absolutely not recommended to do business with this company and owner.

They are not professional and don’t listen to their customers. They seem to know everything when they know nothing!!!

Got my carpets cleaned with this business. Not happy at all with them. It was a waste of money. Strongly suggest you do not send your carpet here.

Had my area rug cleaned here and it was the biggest mistake I’ve made. Dumb move on my part. The rug was returned to me the laminated. The top half and bottom half of the rug separated and now the rug doesn’t rest on the ground properly. It’s all lumpy and loose. I’ve tried a couple of different things to see if I can make it better but the end result was that I had to purchase a new rug.I didn’t even bother returning to the store for some sort of compensation because the original vibe I got from the store worker was very negative. I know if I had returned To the store to explain my situation, it would just lead to an argument without a proper and professional resolution. I gave this place a chance even with the low star rating. Goes to show that Google reviews are valid especially in this case.
