They fixed what I asked perfectly

Were very patient with me when I dropped my truck off without notice. Also were nice enough not to charge me when I found out it was time for a new vehicle and didn't go ahead with repairs.

LOVE these guys and gals...always great vehicle serviceing. They do there best to get you in immediately if your vehicle is desperately needed for work such as mine, they back up there work and very informative and explanatory. Will never go elsewhere.

NAPA AUTOPRO - Berthiaume Service Center provided excellent service at the end of my family road trip. Coming home from the woods, I got a flat tire on my Toyota Sienna. I was really in trouble because it was a Friday afternoon getting close to 5pm. My children were in the minivan and I towed an RV. I called the shop from the road and explained the situation. I was told that they will do anything they can. I drove to the shop with my run-flat. All crew members were friendly and helpful. They provided service right away and fixed the tire very quickly. On top of all these they charged very low for the service (basically nothing). I was really happy with the professional, friendly, honest and very quick service. Thanks to NAPA AUTOPRO - Berthiaume, I was able to continue my trip back to home to Ottawa. (I did not know how to thank; I got them ice cream from a nearby DQ as a gesture ) Really nice people! Thank you!!!!!

Great reception at the front. Went in to have the exhaust checked. Problem resolved after car taken for a short drive and noise pinpointed.

I've used this shop a few times for both our cars brakes as well as a few other minor repairs and have always been pleased with the service and the cost of repairs.A much more pleasant experience than we've had bringing our Ford Edge to the local dealership...

I had a good experience here recently. They replaced the ball joints on my pickup. They also saved me some money by rotating the tires, rather than just replacing them. Hourly rate was a little pricey, but I don't mind paying for quality work.

After thousands of dollars thrown into my car, my entire family having their cars looked after at berthiuame, having undiagnosed the problem of a knocking in my front end. Berthiuame has let me down.I brought my Hyundai Santa Fe in for a knocking, they which told me was my struts, which were both replaced & the knocking didn’t stop. A few weeks later, the car was brought back in & they told me it was my hanger baring & will “reduce the noise by 90%”, again I left the lot & the knocking is still their.Last week I call to book an appointment, they were “too busy” to look at my car the same day so I left it for another day. The day after I had to call them for them to tell me it’s my sway bar bushings. Which will cost approx $700, over the weekend after having being looked at, it’s my control arm bushings which cost a lot less & a lot less hours in labour.Again berthiuame assumed what the issue was instead of looking for the actual problem. They’re a scam!
