Great place for training. The environment is really welcoming. The trainers are very knowledgeable, and the classes are well structured for all levels of experience.

Easily accessable, since its only 3 blocks from the train station. The gym is spacious, with a ring for sparring, a lifting station, changing rooms and shelves for gears. This place offers classes for different levels, from kid to beginner to technical and even sparring sessions. Highly recommended whether you are looking for a fun & challeging workout or looking to level up your Muay Thai skills.

Centrally located with the absolute best Team lead by Trevor and Nate Smandych you will be safe and impressed with the cleanliness and the large amount of room. The change rooms are fully equipped with washrooms, showers, lockers, sink, mirrors and towels. Great place to learn and train. Good instruction with great attitudes. Shout out to Gabe! Fair price for what you get. The only downside is that it's a popular spot. So, peak times might get a bit busy/crowded.

My entire family has been going to this gym for years. The coaches really give it their all. I have a hard time getting motivated to workout but it's easy here, as the atmosphere is encouraging. My son has even started bringing his friends as well, and they are bringing their parents!

The energy and atmosphere at Smandych are both welcoming and disciplined. Highly recommend for anyone who is interested in learning muay thai and conditioning their body. Other members were great sparring partners and offered great advice.Facility is clean and has all the equipment you'd want.Do bring your own gear as the rental gear may not fit.

Absolutely a wonderful place, very welcoming! Easy to meet new people. The staff is amazing and willing to spend time with individuals until you get your technique dailed in. Great workout is way better than just going to the gym and lifting weights. I absolutely love this place. See you guys tomorrow

I had no prior Muay Thai experience and was a bit intimidated to check out the gym. So glad I did! I’ve only been going for a few months now but all the instructors are very qualified and welcoming. The schedule is flexible with many classes to choose from. I highly recommended checking out the women’s only class, great positive atmosphere. I look forward to improving my skills here and getting an amazing workout while doing so!

Smandych is an unreal gym. All the trainers are super welcoming and they create a awesome atmosphere.After my private session with Gabe i felt like i learned 6 months worth of technique in one hour. Check him out for training if you want to learn the sport, he gives great feedback and makes the whole experience super enjoyable.
