Okay. I'm a guy that has had more than a few burgers in my day, and this very well could be the best I've had. The staff is courteous and friendly (despite working in 37°C weather with no AC). The portions are huge, the burgers are amazing, the drinks are icy cold, the views are beautiful. I cant say enough about this place! My wife and I drove up from Winnipeg, and next time we come back up north, Popeyes is an absolute rest stop!P.s. I got the Wimpy burger and small fries and a 7up, 10/10, would recommend, and will be back.

Had the crispy chicken burger with fries for lunch.Served very quickly. Everything was very hot. Had to wait until chicken cooled to take a bite.Fries were out of the fryer.We dined in. Store was very clean and service was friendly.Will go back

Saw many raves on Smalltown Manitoba Drive -Inns on Facebook so I had to try it for myself. Had a Popeye burger with fries. The best burger and fries I have ever had. 5 STARS

Popeyes is the best drive inn burger place in northern Manitoba. From May long till it’s starts to get cold. Popeyes is a one off a kind place great staff awesome food!! Ice cream and a small place for the kids to play located just on the other side of the miles hart bridge, perched a top of the burntwood river.

This is a must everytime I am in Thompson. Takes me back to my youth everytime. Hasn't changed ever. Why would it. It's perfection.
