I had an excellent experience getting an eye exam here recently. Dr. Jessica Chang is very warm and friendly, and the eye exam felt very thorough. The staff were all very welcoming, and the pricing seems fair.

Thorough eye examination. Customer service is really good. This is my first time for having a eye exam in Canada. Dr. Zhao did a thorough exam. The receptionists are really helpful and friendly. They explain the whole procedure at the beginning clearly. I did not have to wait long for the exam. I will definitely come back again.

Dr. Zhao is friendly, informative, efficient, and masterful at her profession. I couldn't ask for more from my optometrist! The staff at Avenue Eyecare are similarly oriented, making the entire experience a delight. I would strongly recommend their services.

I've been with Dr Chang for 10+ years, even after moving an hour away. She and her team have always been welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Chang always does a thorough examination and takes the time to make sure I understand how to best care for my eyes.Their selection of frames, lenses and contact lenses is also quite large, so something for everybody!

Dawson was very nice and attentive and answered all my questions. A form was sent via email to fill out and they work directly with your insurance provider.I saw Dr. Jessica Chang after my appointment was booked and the service from her and the staff were excellent. Dr. Chang was very nice and educated with all things vision. She answered all my questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.The equipment compared to the last vision center I went to is very up to date and modern. The staff ensured your visit is one to remember.After the eye exam, I chose frames and lenses that suited my visual needs. At no point in time did the opticians tried to up-sell or pressure you into buying products. The glasses came within two weeks and the contact lenses came shortly after.I highly recommend anyone who is needing their vision corrected to visit Avenue Eyecare and support your local small business. 5/5 stars!

Dr. Chang is our family optometrist. She is always supportive, explains everything with details and really cares for her patients. One day an emergency situation had happened and we didn’t have to wait, not even for 10 minutes. Even though she is quite busy, she always finds a moment to double check any details regarding glasses/contact lenses etc. The staff is respectful and responsive. Highly recommend either for kids or adults!
