Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The vehicle was brought over on really short notice, like half an hour or so, and that was great. It was, however, really smelly of cigarette smoke inside with actual ashes blowing around when I tried to air it out.

I rented a vehicle from Enterprise on Niagara Falls Blvd in Amherst NY. Unfortunately around 5:30pm the day of the rental I was involved in a minor accident. While filing the Police Report I was told by the officer that I was driving an UNREGISTERED Vehicle. The tags had expired a month ago. He then went on to tell me I should not be driving it and I should call for a replacement. I contacted Enterprise and was told to wait with the vehicle and that they would need to send a tow truck. I was asked if I knew anyone that could then take me to the closest open Enterprise which was a 45 minute drive or they could send me a link for Uber. Those were my only options. I waited with the vehicle for almost 4 HOURS!! It was 9:45 in the evening when a tow truck showed up. I called during my wait and was told I was High Priority" and they were trying to find someone to come out. When I called a second time the woman at customer service came across as being annoyed with me

This location was AMAZING!!!! I was in n out in five minutes and a beautiful ride. No hidden bs and AMAZING customer service both on the phone and in person. A HUGE THANK YOU!!

Absolutely awful experience, Nobody was able to check my car in at the Niagara Falls Airport. If you call enterprise to check out your vehicle no one is at the office to answer your call and the voice mail box is full, I was placed on a 1 hour hold with another branch no intentions of enterprise helping me with my predicament still on hold. I would not recommend anyone rent from ENTERPRISE.
