The chicken and fries that we ordered from this location seems like it was re-heated. The fries were definitely re-fried. They are hard and crunchy. Church Chicken used to be my ultimate go to for chicken however now I cant seem to say the same. Highly disappointed

This place used to be good but they’ve really been decreasing in quality the past 2 years. First off, prices increased, normally I wouldn’t mind but the food just isn’t good here anymore. The chicken has become stale, dry and has more bones than meat. I also recently ordered here and payed over $25 for the mexicana sandwich combo, they didn’t get the order right at all. My poutine was replaced by soggy fries I didn’t even want and they didn’t give me the right sandwich either. Never buying from here again.

Went to the Restaurant on 9th April 2023 at around 3PM. Took my 4 year old for a snack. The staff was really unprofessional, the restaurant was not busy at all. The both staff inside talking to each other without coming to the cashier and take the order. Came to the cashier after 10 minutes, no any apologize and took the order.Once the order is ready didn’t call with the order number or any professional way, calling with his finger.Have been for this place a lot of time before and this time the experience was too bad.The management should take some action on this staff

This location was quite nice. First time trying this spot and Meena (the cashier) was super helpful in recommending. She definitely deserves some recognition for the service she provided at a fast food joint. The Burger was banging and the portions were great for the price. Got the jalapeño crunch and Mexicana burger with a side of fries and honey biscuit.

the service is great. nice people and fast service. the downside is the food. They failed to check the chicken if it is good to serve. I ordered 3 pieces chicken combo and they all smell and tastes bad like rotten egg. i complain and they gave me freshly fried chicken but it still came out bad.

Loved their honey butter biscuits. Fried Chicken were fresh, French Fries and coleslaw were alright. Their mashed potato was good. Soft drinks were refillable. At this location, the seats are not very organized and not so clean. Washroom was pretty dirty. A lot of parking, it’s at a plaza.

Food was below average. Tried their Mexican chicken sandwich and barbecue chicken sandwich along with French fried and jalapeño bombers. Jalapeño bombers were still okay, but the rest was not worth trying. Won’t recommend!!
