Went to the Wharncliffe location they didn't have any RCA to HDMI converters so they called the other location on Hamilton Rd and they had a few.So thank you now the gamecube that I got for my son for his birthday which was Dec 24 can be played. He is very happy!

Did not answer the phone or return a call when i called. Also did not give me any information about the headset they sold me. Works for a pc and xbox but not an xbox one and the guy was no help at all.

They have a really good selection of games (Old and new consoles like Playstation 1-5, Xbox, Switch, N64, Game cube, Super Nintendo, etc.) and they also have DVDs. If you're looking for a place to sell games or consoles that's the place to go.If you can't find what you're looking for, just go for their second location close to downtown and maybe you'll find what you're looking for.

Lots of game and movie variety available. Wasn't hard to find media I had interest in. Prices are very good; I was able to purchase 5 films for the price of $10.00 even, which is not something you can often find nowadays. Nice location as well.

They tried to offer me 80 dollars in total for 6 Pokémon games and a Zelda game and two kingdom hearts games. Telling me they don’t charge that much for games like moon when you can walk to the next glass cabinet and they are selling them for over 100 dollars. More fair to just go to a pawn shop at this point. Offering less than 10$ for something you are going to upcharge by 10 times is ridiculous. Never going here again.

As an avid collector of movies on DVD format I highly recommend this place as I have found many titles that I have been looking for. Their prices cannot be beat and they also offer pricing that turn into really great deals. The staff are very friendly and there is ample parking. Plus game systems and games that are Collectibles are available there as well.

They have lots of cool stuff there.but offer sub par cash value on trade in stuff. Staff reminds me of comic book guy from the Simpson's.
