Nolan helped us design and then he built a replacement back yard deck. Our space is small, with several design challenges, so every detail mattered and Nolan was incredible in working through the details with us. He was patient and creative; skilled and diligent; organized from beginning to end. Nolan took pride in every aspect of the project and we are extremely happy with the end product. His estimate and final invoice were well put together and accurate and the overall cost was well within the correct range. I can't say enough about Nolan Jonescu Builds!

Excellent experience having Nolan work on our backyard deck and install a fence. Very impressed with value, efficiency and quality craftsmanship. Nolan built us an awesome garden shed. Maybe l should say overbuilt it. It is not flimsy like most sheds and l would say a lot stronger than a newly built house. Good customer service and gave me options on most of the build. If you can book him you won’t be disappointed

Nolan transformed our basement! Starting with a complete gutting back to bare cement walls and floors, he installed a new, sturdy, floor with custom drainage, built a staircase with a storage solution, framed a laundry room with a drop-ceiling artistically designed to display AND provide access to crucial infrastructure, and contracted out for wiring and plumbing. Then he insulated, drywalled, mudded, and painted everything, including a custom-designed knee wall" on the stairs

Our 27-year-old deck was in need of replacement. Nolan efficiently dismantled and removed it, and designed and built us a new, multi-level deck from the ground up. He is an exceptionally hardworking, highly skilled craftsman who takes pride in his work. Nolan pays attention to small details, plans his work effectively, and seeks creative solutions to any issues that might arise. I would not hesitate to hire Nolan again or recommend him. Thanks Nolan, we are enjoying our fantastic new deck!

Nolan did an excellent job on my deck and stairs. I was impressed by his attention to detail and some of the extra steps he added to ensure the deck lasts for many years. The price was fair and he showed up on time, worked everyday, and completed the work as scheduled. Yes, I will hire him again for other jobs. Yes, my dog liked him as well because he was constantly bringing him sticks.

Nolan replaced an old fence on our property with a new privacy fence. Our experience with him was exceptional from start to finish. His craftsmanship is truly second-to-none, and we were impressed with his persistence to overcome obstacles with our project. Clean-up was excellent, and Nolan’s communication skills and professionalism are top-notch. We have already booked him for another project. Highly recommended.

We replaced our fence and Nolan did an awesome job. He is very hard working and has a great attention to detail. In addition he was very transparent with the costs and communicated everything well. Would definitely hire again for other projects and would recommend.
