Krys is an amazing sales associate in the Home Depot Paint Department. She was so welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with our paint choice. Krys is a real asset to Home Depot.

We have been renovating our entire home, as well as building an addition. We have had many great interactions with many employees, but none better than with Ben and Peter at Pembroke Home Depot. We had a rather frustrating issue that started with another Home Depot in the Ottawa area (one we will not be returning to), and these two helped us resolve it with such kindness and professionalism. Will be making sure to work with this location moving forward!!

My last 5 visits to store resulted in not being able to find what I was looking for. When I asked an associate for help I was sent down the wrong aisle. This happened 3 times. Finally an employee sat down to look in the computer. Only to give me a price for faux brick when I asked for faux stone.

I called this location to see if they had play sand. Not only did the employee check she then told me the aisle(15). Which made it so easy when I got there. A male staff saw me trying to get the bags in my buggy, and he came over and did the rest. (It was heavy for me ) Then, at check out, the woman was so kind and polite. She waved over a young man who assisted me in putting the bags in my trunk. Great customer service, made easy for everyone.

Had the first set of boards cut improperly which was a frustrating experience. Talked to customer service and they were very understanding and sent their guy Patrick to cut the wood for us and it came out perfect. 10/10 service in the end. Definitely ask for Patrick if you need any wood cut properly:)))First set of boards picture and second set after Patrick did them.

Ordered a storage shed. Got the email confirmation that it will be delivered July 8 between 8 am and 8 pm. First off, a 12 hour window? Anyways, we wasted an entire Saturday sitting on the couch doing nothing waiting for this delivery. It was marked as confirmed and out for delivery to boot. Then at 8 pm, they call to inform us that they don't even have that shed. The shed ordered was $1000, so their way of solving the situation was offering $300 off the next size up at $1900 (and way too big for our space). Why not $300 off the shed of our choosing? Why not a gift card?So we have an entire day down the drain and nothing to show for it.This all happening literally the day after they delivered a damaged patio set and told us if we want an exchange, we need to bring in the entire set ourselves because they won't replace just the damaged part. As if we're just going to toss an entire outdoor sectional and table into our Kia Forte.Do better.

Ordered hardwood floors to be delivered. Was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago. Nobody responds to my queries. Wishing I never shopped here.Edit: was just given another false delivery date, prepared everything to receive the shipment and nobody ever showed up. It's now sitting in their depot somewhere with no tracking data.I don't use any of the social media you mentioned. If you're actually interested in resolving this, you have all my contact info.
