I had an incredible experience at Define Hair Studio. During my first visit, Isabella assisted me in enhancing my extensions, providing a fantastic trim, and curling my hair. A few months later, when I went for my second visit, Julie helped me remove my extensions before my vacation and gave me a stylish shoulder-length cut. Initially, I was nervous about going for the BIG CHOP, but Julie made the experience incredibly comforting. The results were wonderful, as my hair now feels weightless and looks more modern than ever. I highly recommend Define Hair Studio for their exceptional service!

Loved my experience here! My first time doing anything to my hair so I was very nervous! But the staff are so nice and welcoming! George did a fabulous job with the colour for my hair and I am getting so many compliments! Definitely recommend 100%

George is amazing, I cut my hair very short after loosing a lot of it to postpartum. My hair was very long and damaged. Wow! I always feel unhappy with short hair but I love my hair, he gave me a hairstyle I can easily manage with work and little babies, some days I can go out with air-dryer hair and still have a stylish hairstyle. He is really that good! I have thin hair, he gave me a hairstyle that gave me a lot of volume seven without a blowdry. I also got my highlights and roots coloured, I love the colour he chose for me, goes perfectly with my skin tone. First time with George and will be a repeat customer hands down

I had a great experience at this salon! Julia did my fusion extensions and she also dyed my hair! She’s very professional and has an eye for hair!! I absolutely love my hair and have found my go to stylist. She was able to answer all of my questions and was extremely friendly. The salon itself is beautiful and very spacious.

I was on the hunt for a good hand tie extension and stylist since I haven’t gotten my hair done from a salon since before covid and just done myself at home.I looked up best rated salons and this one came up. Isabella did an amazing job. She colour matched perfect. Held up the hair stain consistently to match the hair to the extensions, she styled them to my liking and the price was great!This salon is a 45min drive from me, but I’ll be coming back for more services and to move up the extensions!Thanks so much to the team❤️

I found this salon off of a google search. No joke! I typed “hair salons near me” and this one came up amongst a few so I decided to give it a chance.Even though it was last minute I got serviced right away. The staff was friendly and inviting and the location in itself is beautifully decorated and clean. I got a haircut from George who is so incredibly talented. He was quick, accurate and gave me good tips on how to continue taking care of my hair. This is probably my first time leaving a salon and being happy with the haircut and service I just received.Im definitely coming back!!

First of all, they did a good job with my hair. I have no complaints about that. I got a balayage and they did such a good job with the colors and highlights and they styled it nicely. 5/5 for their skills.The only thing I would say that needs improvement is their price transparency (which may have been an issue for other new customers as well, based on a few reviews) On the phone they quoted me $200 and up, on the website they mention $325 for a balayage, and I was actually charged $350 (for a junior hair stylist) plus $50 for the toner. It was outside the range of what I was expecting and I wish they would offer an exact breakdown before I stepped into the chair. At other salons in the past, during booking, they would ask me what level of stylist I wanted (either by level 1-5 or junior/mid/senior) and their subsequent rates and any extra costs that would be added on top.Communication was lacking a lot.Also - the girl was kinda rude when I asked her about the pricing afterwards. 3/5 customer service.

Had an amazing experience with Daniella who gave me an amazing transformation both times i’ve had her! She is very talented and over delivers on my hair each time. Define hair studio is very lovely with amazing staff who takes the time to ensure your hair dreams are achieved. The salon was beautiful and clean with such a great vibe! An amazing experience every time.
