Waited outside for about 5 minutes it was a quick efficient well organized system. Once inside it was quick and organized I did have all my paperwork ready signed and the necessary paperwork ready to go. you can definitely tell they are doing a thorough sanitation between clients at the desk. With plexiglass shield in place.

Edited: It's funny that you respond to a negative review in under 24 hours. If you spent your time responding to emails from customers instead I wouldn't have even needed to leave this review. My husband, a customer for years, has sent two emails to you this month regarding our existing policy with you and neither has received a response. If we had to deal with your business more than once a year we'd have left at the beginning.Edit 2: Two emails from April 27 and May 5 still unanswered. Hey Nicole, do your job.

Just a quick thank you to all the staff at Hub for operating through this covid inconvenience. It was evident the staff put in the effort for us to still receive great service.Kim has personally handled my 2 vehicles over these months, as well as my daughter's 2 cars. Most appreciated was her being able to help my youngest daughter navigate some red tape by phone.I've always received great service from the staff at Hub over the yrs.

This morning's April 22, 2022, had to renew my insurance on my vehicle. When I arrived at Hub, Isaiah greeted me and asked how he could help me. I said that I was there to renew my 2016 Jeep Compass. Awesome service from Isaiah and staff. Isaiah, you get 11 out of 10 excellent work.Thanks again. Yes, you will see me next year.
