Don’t bother with this pharmacy, they have no idea what they’re doing and I’m tired of having to explain my prescriptions to them every single time.I can’t wait to hear back from them how my feedback is “helping them to improve” when they’re clearly incapable.

The cashier closing this evening was extremely & unnecessarily rude. Please consider a job outside of customer service . I will not be returning to this location

One of the worst pharmacies in Toronto. I called them for a refill of my prescription and it took about 15 minutes to get through. Somebody finally answered and asked me to wait for one second". They did not show up for 15 minutes so I had to hang up as I did not have time for this nonsense. This happened at around 2 p.m. I kept trying since then at regular intervals but the phone was either out of order or off the hook. I was able to talk to them finally at 7 p.m. This is not the first incident. A couple of months back

I have used this pharmacy for over 20 years and indeed 12 years ago, Michael, helped me a great deal when my husband was very ill and needed a number of new meds that we needed help administering. Over the past decade I renew my prescriptions by phone which I prefer to the on-line renewal system, and I’ve very little trouble although when I try to pick up the order the staff have to look in three different drawers to find it.I’m writing this review because I had a very difficult experience on Friday, June 11 when my dentist tried to call in an emergency med for me. He called three times, was cut off, so he left a message which no one returned. After much insistence on my part I had the pharmacist call my dentist to confirm the prescription.I was waiting in Shoppers Drug Mart for an hour and the pharmacy had calls at least every 5 minutes. The staff could not keep up with the calls as they were attending customers and completing orders. The phone PA system was constantly reminding the staff to pick up Line 1 or Line 2. The stress level in the pharmacy area is high which cannot be good for the staff or the customers. I think Michael has to hire more people to deal with this expanding need.June 28 updateWaited one hour on the phone for customer service. NO ANSWER.

Never been on hold with the pharmacy for less than 15 minutes. Good thing it's not for anything important like a prescription that makes it so I can live my life comfortably.

Nice store with dailies, make up and pharmacy. It has vaccination available too. Quite lesser waiting time. Close to St. Clair subways station.

I had an appointment here to get my covid booster shot. At first they told me that I can get my shot. Then they told me that I can't get my shot because I just recently got a health card and I had got the first two shots before having the health card. I wanted to ask a few questions but the middle-aged lady cut my questions several times and rudely said as I said you have to call Ontario Public Health first. I left and they called me half an hour later and asked me to come back and get the shot without having to call Public Health the same day.Please let people finish their questions before repeating an answer that doesn't make sense.

Definitely doesn’t even deserve one star. Staff at pharmacy unbelievably useless and insanely terrible my mom who is type one diabetic has requested insulin pen from person name CRYSTAL and she needed needle with it they first told her that they can’t provide it unless it’s specifically prescribed as both pen and needles are not separated things so they asked $79 and couldn’t provide it without specific prescription and while you don’t need prescription for needle and pen cuz it’s both come together as a result my mom couldn’t get required amount of insulin. Today Andw who works there helped my mom and gave her the insulin pen that was told to be $79 by other staff for free and needle together and I believe with lack of experience this pharmacy location is not following procedures and policy im definitely going to report to top management time and even sue whole staff

Should be audited. Gave me the wrong strength medication. Despite this being the second time they dispensed for me so they had it in my record, AND the prescription was correct, they made a complete error. Not life threatening for me but what about others? Basic checks are obviously not being done.

On a very busy day where the staff had to endure so much from the public, they were so kind and tried their hardest to help me. Thank you Margerite!
