Very poor experience here! Had difficulty finding the parts counter, as it is located at the very back of the store and there were no staff in sight. Once I arrived at the parts counter there was a staff member on the phone, seemly having a personal conversation. She did not acknowledge me, nor do I think she signaled for someone else to help me. I stood there patiently for 15 minutes before another staff member came out to help. She was friendly and had my items ready. though my experience there was brief, I will not be returning to my local Honda Polaris. I was interested in purchasing a side by side. There goes a possible $20,000 sale.

Bought my machine from Avenue last winter, i had a minor part break which led to a complete rebuild as it was located in the guts of the motor. I'm from SW Manitoba and all of our shops here can never give you a straight answer or prompt service for that matter.Char in service was able to get my sled in fast, give me the diagnosis within a short period of time with options. This shop continues to impress me with their customer first attitude and they're always very nice to deal with. Other shops should take note and run their business like this...They are the only shop I trust bringing my machines to.Thanks guys!

Purchased a used Polaris Ranger there in August. I love it. When the tire blew after a short time using it, I took it in and found it it couldn't be patched and wasn't covered under insurance. They found an old tire that matched mine and gave it to me for free, just charging for labour. Excellent customer service! I'll be going back for sure.

Got a 570 sportsman from these guys last year and it just wasn't for me. Took it in to trade for a honda foreman and Brad made it alot easier then I thought. Great service would recommend.
