Amazing Pool! Guards always scanning the pool careful insuring everybody is safe. Very keen on having a parent in water with children under 8 which is very important in my opinion, lifeguards are there to make sure nobody drowns not to be babysitters! 10/10 would recommend. Guards very nice and very polite. Follow the rules and you’ll have the best time at Valleycrest Pool :)

To JS and Riri2008Riri, if safety is not important for you, then please go to another place. I totally support the VYC staff and decision. Security comes first. You need to understand having access to this beautiful pool is a privilege, and that privilege comes with responsibilities. Rules are established to maintain a safe environment for everyone and people who refuse to adhere to these regulations must see their privilege/ access revoked! For safety The Lifeguards are the authority at the pool period.

Our family’s fave pool for only 15$ for the whole summer! It’s clean, spacious and well maintained. You can borrow life jackets for free. They have the splash park too and are located nearby a tennis court and a playground.

Amazing pool and amazing staff. As a club member I find the staff are great with kids, approachable and courteous. The facilities are clean and well managed, they NEVER close early so you will not show up to find the pool closed or be booted out. If you payed 15$ for the access card and arent satisfied you can go to ANY city pool in pierrefonds and Ile bizard. If you are rude dont expect people to be nice in return, not how it works.

The West Island is lucky to have such a beautiful, well run pool. The lifeguards at this pool work hard to maintain a safe environment for their swimmers. Visiting Valleycrest pool is a privilege and the rules must be followed for everyone to have a good time.

It only costs 5$ p per person or 15$ per family for the entire season. Open everyday until 9 pm and has some scorpion-shaped waddle game.

The pool facilities are great and the splash pad is fun! My issue was with the lifeguards. They were rude to the children and were yawning every two minutes. Not very attentive and they really just looked like they didn’t want to be there. I brought a group of children that are new to Canada didn’t speak English. I expressed this many times that they need eye contact and a charade type of explanation, they just kept yelling from the chairs. I understand that the rules must be enforced ( no running no hanging off of the ropes) but if a child is struggling to swim and hanging onto the rope for dear life, maybe help them instead of screaming in a language they don’t understand ???

A project that, when it was first announced, was supposed to cost just over $4 million. But by the time the first swimmer dives into the crystal blue water, the final tally will be well over $5.4 million. And that does not include all related costs associated with the project. Another project beyond belief in costs. That needs to be inspected. Just awful!!!
